§ 100.04 RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSON IN CONTROL OF PREMISES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to kindle, build, or burn or cause to be allowed to burn, any and all substances, including trash, leaves, garbage, rags, other fabrics, human or animal waste, on premises owned by any person or in the possession or control of any person.
