§ 97.31 ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION.

The town shall hereby hold an annual Arbor Day celebration and educational event to be coordinated by the Town Forester and the Parks Department. The town recognizes the value and importance of trees for the quality of life for the residents of the town and for future generations to have and enjoy.
