§ 97.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "NUISANCE TREE." A diseased or weakened tree with an accelerated potential to cause physical human harm or to cause property damage.
   "PARK TREES." Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation in public parks having individual names, and all areas owned by the town, or to which the public has free access as park.
   "STREET TREES." Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of the streets, avenues, or ways within the town.
   "TOWN FORESTER." The Town Forester shall be the employee of the Building and Grounds Department who has the responsibility of maintaining and planting street trees and park trees.
