§ 97.02  UNLAWFUL GROWTH.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant or lessee of any lot or parcel of real estate within the corporate limits of the town to allow, suffer or permit any grass, weed or other rank vegetation to grow or mature to exceed a height of ten inches upon any such premise.
   (B)   Whenever weeds or other rank vegetation shall exist, covering or partly covering the surface o any lot or parcel or lot or real estate within the corporate limits of the town, the same shall be deemed a nuisance and a violation of this subchapter.
