§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty set forth in §10.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person who shall violate §96.35 shall upon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not exceeding $10. ('83 code, Title 6, §3.8(a))
