§ 96.25 SUPERVISION.

The operation of excavating, or in any manner changing the surface of, any sidewalk, street, alley or other public place within the town, and the refilling and resurfacing of any excavation, shall be done under the supervision of the designee designated by the Town Council and Street Superintendent.
