§ 96.23  ADMINISTRATION OF REGULATIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Council, or designee designated by the Town Council to have printed such form and instructions as are required for the administration  of this subchapter. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer  to require all persons making application for a permit under the terms of the bonds required hereby.
