§ 96.21 BOND REQUIRED.
   The Town Council members, or designee designated by the Town Council shall, in their discretion, require any party who, as a result of the activities of themselves, their agents, contractors, or anyone else working for them or in their behalf, either damages, obstructs, or encumbers and street, alley, or public place in the town or by their expressed intentions, commit themselves to engage in activities which might result in damage, obstruction, or encumbrance, to post a bond or other surety payable to the town in such sum and to cover such length of time as Town Council and other town officials in their discretion so deem.
