§ 96.05 STRUCTURES AFFIXED TO SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   The construction or use of any structure of support, any awning, or overhang attached to any building which is permanently affixed to the sidewalk and to the awning or overhangs in front of the building and more than 12 inches from the curb is declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited. Every person having such structure in a sidewalk shall remove the same not later than ten days after a receipt of written notice so to do from the Clerk-Treasurer.
