(A) Any person convicted of violating §95.01 may be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500.

(B) Any person who violates §95.02 by trespassing on the Timbergate Golf Course or attempting to fish on the ponds contained within the Timbergate Golf Course shall be guilty of an ordinance violation in the amount of $500 for each such violation.

(C) Any person who violates §95.03 shall be guilty of an ordinance violation in the amount of $50 for each such violation.
