§ 95.15  ESTABLISHMENT.
   Under the provisions of the Park and Recreation Laws of the state, IC 36-10-3-1 et seq., there is established a Department of Parks and Recreation composed of the Board of Parks and Recreation and such other personnel as the Board shall determine necessary.
