(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to do the following on the Timbergate Golf Course:
(1) Trespass on any part of the grounds of the Timbergate Golf Course;
(2) Fish or attempt to fish any of the ponds contained on the Timbergate Golf Course;
(3) Access or use any part of the Timbergate Golf Course without the expressed consent of the town and its agents.
(B) For purposes of this section, "TRESPASS" is defined by IC 35-43-2-2.
