§ 93.06 CERTAIN PERSONS EXEMPT FROM COLLECTION FEE.
   It is the intent of the town, that the garbage collection fee shall not be assessed against any user in whose name the electric meter is installed, who is either 65 years old or older or who is on full disability from the Social Security Administration. To accomplish the purpose and intent of this section, any garbage collection user is entitled to file with the Clerk-Treasurer Is office, an affidavit provided by the Clerk-Treasurer's office upon the showing of proof of age or a full disability from the Social Security Administration to be exempted from the charge. Also exempt from the trash collection fees, will be any residence at the time of enactment where regular garbage collection does not occur as a result of a private licensed pick-up service or scavenger service presently removing or picking up garbage. The above stated exception shall not apply to the charges incurred for violation of the large semi-annual trash pick-up described in §93.16.
