§ 93.03  MANNER OF PLACEMENT; CONFORMANCE REQUIRED.
   (A) Manner of placement of collection. All garbage shall be placed in a container supplied by the town trash service provider.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the owners or occupier of each residence within the town to insure that such property is free from trash, garbage and/or rubbish ad to keep the sidewalks and alleys adjacent to such property free of trash, garbage rubbish and/or yard waste except as otherwise provided.
   (C)   Containers shall be placed not earlier than 24 hours to the pickup day and removed not later than 24 hours following regular trash pickup day.
   (D)   It is unlawful for any person or business to use the container of another person or business of a town owned receptacle for the disposal of trash, garbage, rubbish or yard waste. It shall be the responsibility of the owner or occupier of the property to notify the Police Department of such violation.
   (E)   Conformity required.  Any garbage placed at the street or curb line for removal by the town will not be removed by the town unless it conforms to the provisions of this subchapter.  Any person placing garbage at the curb line or street for collection in violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, may be held liable for the accumulation of trash and filth upon private property and be subject to penalties provided for in §10.99
