§ 93.01  DEFINITION; STORAGE OF SOME ITEMS PROHIBITED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "GARBAGE.
      (1)   Any and every accumulation of vegetable or animal matter, either liquid or solid, which is received from residential kitchens, tin cans, waste paper, broken glass, bottles, jars, grass, straw, dishes, clothing or cloth materials.
      (2)  "GARBAGE," for the purposes of this subchapter, shall not mean discarded gun shells, metal or fibrous shavings, ashes, cinders, dead animals, trees or parts thereof, automotive materials, building materials, appliances, old furniture, carpet, brush, concrete, bricks or masonry materials.  Said items may not be stored outside in any zoning district.
