(A) The members of the Cemetery Board shall be either residents of the town, or owners of lots within the cemetery, either by purchase or by inheritance. Further, one of the members of the Board shall be a member of the Town Board of Trustees and shall, by virtue of his office, be President of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.

(B) The Board of Trustees of the cemetery shall consist of five suitable persons, having the qualifications set forth in this chapter, each of whom shall serve for a term of four years from the date of their appointment. The Town Board of Trustees shall, at their regular session in the month of January in each year, appoint one or two persons as the case may require, to serve as members of the Cemetery Board of Trustees.
