§ 92.10 ESTABLISHMENT AND DUTIES.

There is hereby created a board to be known as the Board of Trustees of the Edinburgh Cemetery to advise the Town Board of Trustees on the use of privately donated funds to the Edinburgh Cemetery. Said Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Town Board of Trustees.
