(A) There is created a Perpetual Care Fund for the care, maintenance, and upkeep of Rest Haven Cemetery located in the town. This fund is to be designated on the books and records of the Town Board and on the books and records of Rest Haven Cemetery as the Perpetual Care Fund.
(B) The Perpetual Care Fund shall be maintained by the addition to the fund of sums of money obtained pursuant to the sale of grave sites in an amount established by the Town Board of Trustees.
