§ 90.03  DESIGNATION OF OFFICER.
   (A)   In accordance with IC 9-22-1-2(5), the town hereby designates the Town Building Commissioner, and/or his/her designee ("Commissioner") as the officer in charge with carrying out the procedures outlined in this chapter.
   (B)   The Commissioner may employ or direct personnel to facilitate carrying out the procedures outlined in this chapter.
