§ 90.02  DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in IC 9-22-1 et seq.
   (B)   "ABANDONED VEHICLE." Defined in accordance with IC 9-13-2-1.
   (C)   "VEHICLE." Defined in accordance with IC 9-13-2-196.
