§ 90.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to implement the procedures contained in IC 9-22-1-1 et seq. which govern the removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles, including all amendments and future additions incorporated herein and made a part thereof.
