(A) The Town Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to determine the location of reserve parking spaces and shall place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the same and stating the hours and days during which the provisions of this schedule are applicable. Reserve parking spaces shall be established at the following locations:

(B) No reserve parking spaces shall be allowed on East Main Cross Street for the intersection of East Main Cross Street and Walnut Street to the intersection of East Main Cross Street and the Conrail Railroad tracks and on West Main Cross Street from the intersection of West Main Cross Street and Walnut Street to the intersection of West Main Cross Street and Main Street.
(C) All leases for reserve parking spaces shall be for the sum of $100 per space per year payable on January 15 of each year. Lease rental of $100 shall be the same for any partial year whether one day or 365 days. The leased parking spaces shall be under the direction and control of the lessee and the lessee shall be responsible for notification to the town of unauthorized personnel or vehicles parking in the spaces. Those spaces shall be for the exclusive use of the lessee or authorized persons by the lessee.
(D) Penalty. Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this schedule shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay within five days to the Town Clerk- Treasurer, for the benefit of the Town General Fund, the sum of $10.
