(A) The Town Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to determine the location of loading zones and shall place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the same and stating the hours and days during which the provisions of this schedule are applicable. Loading zones shall be established at the following locations:

(B) Penalty. Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this schedule shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay within five days to the Town Clerk- Treasurer for the benefit of the General Fund of the town, the sum of $10.
