§ 54.12  REPEALER; EFFECT.
   (A)   All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with provision of this subchapter are hereby repealed.
   (B)   This subchapter does not affect any other sections of this municipal code, or other ordinances except as herein provided and all other sections of this municipal code and other ordinances shall remain the same.
