(A) Late payment.
(1) On the first $3.00 or less of net billing: 10%.
(2) On all excess of $3.00 of net billing: 3%.
(B) Application of collection charge on delinquent bills. Bills shall be rendered and due monthly. If paid within 15 days from the due date thereof as stated in the bill, the net bill shall be the amount to be paid. If not paid within 15 days from the due date thereof as stated in the bill, the gross bill, which includes the collection charge, shall be the amount to be paid. When the fifteenth day falls on Sunday or any other legal holiday, the first business day thereafter shall be added to the 15-day period.
(C) Non-recurring charges.
(1) Bad check charge: $30.00.
(2) Deposits.
(a) 200 or less amp service: $200.00.
(b) Non-residential: $600.00.
(c) Three phase commercial service: $2,000.00.
(d) Pole set fee: $110.00.
(e) Temporary disconnect/connect charge: 15.00. Examples of “temporary” shall include but are not limited to realtors, home inspections, electrical upgrades/remodeling, etc.
(D) Delinquent charge. Examples of “delinquent charge” may include but are not limited to reconnect, work order processing, written notice, etc. This charge will be imposed after 5:00 p.m. the day prior to disconnect day.
(1) Regular business hours: $25.00.
(2) After hours: $100.00.
(E) False call out.
(1) Regular business hours: $25.00.
(2) After hours: Man hour and equipment costs per hour.
(a) Man hour labor: $45.00.
(b) Vactor truck: $150.00.
(c) Derrick digger truck: $125.00.
(d) # 3 bucket truck: $75.00.
(e) # 4 bucket truck: $75.00.
(f) # 6 bucket truck: $80.00.
(g) # 7 bucket truck: $80.00.
(h) Back hoe: $125.00.
(i) Ditch witch: $75.00.
(j) Dump truck: $50.00.
(F) Insurance. Claims - man hour and equipment costs per hour.
(1) Man hour labor: $45.00.
(2) Vactor truck: $150.00.
(3) Derrick digger truck: $125.00.
(4) # 3 bucket truck: $75.00.
(5) # 4 bucket truck: $75.00.
(6) # 6 bucket truck: $80.00.
(7) # 7 bucket truck: $80.00.
(8) Back hoe: $125.00.
(9) Ditch witch: $75.00.
(10) Dump truck: $50.00.
(11) Miscellaneous materials: 110% of total material cost.
