   Rate adjustment. (Applicable to Tariff 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, DG).
   The rate adjustment will be the most recent wholesale power tracking factor applicable to the above listed rate schedule shall be the charge minus the charge effective 1/1/2008.
