§ 37.07  JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall respond to fires and other emergencies within the town limits of the Town of Edinburgh.
   (B)   Personnel and/or equipment of the Fire Department may be used for fighting any fire, or assisting with emergencies, outside the town limits if:
      (1)   In the opinion of the Fire Chief, the fire or emergency is in such hazardous proximity to property owned or located within the town as to endanger the town property;
      (2)   The town has entered into a mutual aid agreement with another municipality; volunteer department; or district for providing emergency services outside of the town limits.
