(A) The Fire Chief shall, under the direction of the Town Council and the Clerk-Treasurer, prepare the annual departmental budget to be approved by the Town Council, keep adequate records of all fires, inspections, apparatus, equipment, personnel, training, maintenance, and work of the Fire Department.
(B) The Fire Chief shall submit such written reports to the Town Manager, as the Edinburgh Town Council so requires.
