Pursuant to IC 36-8-4.5-9, members of the Fire Department may not use vehicles owned or maintained by their Department outside the counties in which the town is located (Johnson County, Shelby County, and Bartholomew County) except during the performance of official duties; or as provided for by Department regulation.
