§ 37.01  AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The town may establish, maintain, and operate a firefighting and fire prevention system and may provide facilities and equipment for that system.
   (B)   The town hereby establishes the Edinburgh Fire Department.
