(A) Creation of Fund 294 Irwin Park Donation Fund. There is hereby established an Irwin Park Donation Fund to receive donations and revenues from citizens or local businesses.
(B) Purposes of the Fund. Expenditures from this Fund are to be used for maintenance, upkeep, revitalization and projects related to Irwin Park.
(C) Appropriations. The Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the Irwin Park Donation Fund by appropriations made in the same manner as other funds are appropriated that receive tax moneys, upon making a finding that the proposed use of the funds is consistent with the intent of the Fund.
