(A) Creation of Fund 203 MVH Restricted. There is hereby established a MVH Restricted Fund to receive distributions from the State of Indiana.
(B) Purposes of the Fund. Expenditures from this Fund are restricted to allowable purposes for construction, reconstruction and preservation of the unit's highways as stated in IC 8-14-1-5.
(C) Appropriations. The Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the MVH Restricted Fund by appropriations made in the same manner as other funds are appropriated that receive tax moneys, upon making a finding that the proposed use of the funds is consistent with the intent of the Fund.
