(A) Creation of Marketplace Fund. The town hereby affirms the prior establishment of the "NRO Indiana Market Place II" to receive transfers of all real property tax revenues and revenues from any utility services of the annexation area ("Marketplace Fund").
(B) Purposes of the Fund. The Marketplace Fund may be used for any lawful purpose in the operation of the town and its various departments, including, but not limited to, salaries and wages, costs of services, supplies, equipment, capital improvements, repairs and similar expenditures provided however, that the Town Council shall first consider applying such funds to support the police, ambulance/rescue, and fire services provided to the annexation area.
