§ 36.50 FUND ESTABLISHED.

   (A)   There is created, under the control of the Town Council, pursuant to IC 36-1-8-9, a Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund.

   (B)   This fund shall be administered pursuant to IC 4-33-13-5, as amended by the Town’s Clerk-Treasurer, and all expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund pursuant to IC 36-1-8-9(b).
