(A) Pursuant to IC 36-7-2-7 the town departments of Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer, Economic Development, Fire/EMT Departments are hereby authorized to budget and expend funds subject to the claim procedure through the Town Council for the promotion of the best interests of the town.
(B) The town departments of Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer, Economic Development, Fire/EMT Departments are hereby authorized to budget for the funds under the heading on the budget forms of "Promotion" or "Promotional" funds.
