§ 36.23 APPROVAL OF CLAIM.
   (A)   Upon receipt of a claim submitted upon oath to the Town Council after that claim has been reviewed and allowed by the Parks and Recreation Director, the Town Council shall approve that claim; provided, however, that those funds shall be used to only pay for items pertaining to the programs listed in §36.21 as established by this subchapter.
   (B)   These items shall include but are not limited to the following:
      (1)   Supplies;
      (2)   Materials;
      (3)   Seasonal staff; and
      (4)   Playground equipment.
