§ 36.12 ADMINISTRATION BY CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   After application, approved by the Town Marshal and submitted on proper claim forms to the Clerk-Treasurer and approved by the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer shall transfer sufficient funds from the user fee fund to the non-reverting fund established by this subchapter.
   (B)   The fund shall be administered by the Town Clerk-Treasurer in that the Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the town.
