§ 36.10 FUND ESTABLISHED.

There is created, to be under the control of the Edinburgh Town Council, a special non-reverting operating fund, as authorized in IC 5-2-8-2 for purpose of a continuing education program for the Edinburgh Town Marshal and his deputies.
