§ 35.08 DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES.
   The Council hereby authorizes the Town Clerk-Treasurer to invest in certificates of deposits of the following depositories:
   (A)   Salin Bank and Trust of Edinburgh;
   (B)   Mutual Savings Bank of Edinburgh; and
   (C)   MainSource Bank of Edinburgh.
