§ 34.10 ELECTION OF COVERAGE.

   The governing body hereby elects coverage under the Old Age and Survivors’ Insurance, as provided by IC 5-10-2-1 et seq.

Editor’s note: IC 5-10-2-1 et seq. has been repealed.  Social security coverage for public employees is now governed by IC 5-10.1-1-1 et seq.
