§ 34.002 NON-ELECTED CITY OFFICES.
   Pursuant to the authority of KRS 83A.080 (requires appointment by executive authority and confirmation by legislative body), following the personnel classifications and position descriptions are hereby established as non-elected offices of the city:
      City Administrative Officer
      City Clerk
      General Services Director
      Police Chief
      Fire Chief
      EMS Chief
