§ 33.51 LIENHOLDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
   The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall establish and maintain a lienholder notification system on behalf of the City of Edgewood. The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall obtain and maintain priority over previously filed liens, as provided in § 33.50, in accordance with the provisions of KRS 65.8836.
