§ 33.15 ESTABLISHED.
   There is established an Emergency Medical Service Advisory Council (Council) which shall review the state of the delivery of emergency medical services by the way of paramedics, emergency medical technicians and emergency and nonemergency transport ambulances services, fire departments, police and other emergency dispatch.
