§ 33.04 CLASSIFICATION OF MEMBERS.
   The members of the Police Department shall be classified as follows:
Title   Authorized Positions
Police Chief   No more than 1
Police Sergeant   No more than 2
Senior Police Officer   No more than 2
Police Officer   No more than 8
