§ 33.02 COMPOSITION; OATH.
   The Police Department shall consist of no more than thirteen (13) members with the qualifications required by KRS 95.951, who have been appointed by the Mayor and have taken the oaths required by KRS 96.760, KRS 62.040, and any other oath required by law.
