Nobody shall cause, promote, aid, assist, allow, encourage or engage in the ownership, maintenance or use of any building or structure in the city that is not in compliance with both: (1) the regulations and requirements of the most current version of the 2006 Edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code; and (2) the Kentucky Standards of Safety, both of which adopted by reference in this chapter.
