Pursuant to the requirements of KRS 227.320, the Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code) promulgated in 815 Kentucky Administrative Regulations 10:040 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction on the advice and recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, a copy of which accompanies Ordinance 2008-08-11, are hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city, and adopted herein by reference as an ordinance of the city, as if fully and completely copied herein.
