Pursuant to the authority of KRS 83A.060(5), the most current version of the 2006 edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code, which was published in 2005 by the National Fire Protection Association, a copy of which accompanies Ordinance 2008-08-11, is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city; and adopted herein by reference as an ordinance of the city, as if fully and completely copied herein.
