For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"ANYBODY." Any human being and every combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, unincorporated association or otherwise.
"EVERYBODY." Every human being and every combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, unincorporated association or otherwise.
"NOBODY." No human being or any combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, unincorporated association or otherwise.
"PUBLIC WAY." A street, road, avenue, highway and every other parcel of real estate to which the public has a right of passage, except those that are subject to the exclusive regulation of Kenton County or the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
"CAO." The City Administrative Officer of the city.
