§ 110.16 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Nobody, other than those who are only engaged as employees in the city, shall conspire, cause, permit, promote, allow, aid, assist, encourage or engage in any franchise, trade, occupation, profession or other business in the city without a valid business regulatory license required by this ordinance.
   (B)   Nobody with a valid business regulatory license required by this section shall fail to preclude, by eviction or otherwise:
      (1)   another occurrence upon any real estate in the city leased or rented by the licensee to the same tenant, of
      (2)   a violation of any applicable law for which the violator may be imprisoned; after
      (3)   the city has mailed to the licensee a notice that identifies two (2) or more occurrences of previous violations at the same real estate of any applicable law for which the violator may be imprisoned, while
      (4)   That same real estate was leased or rented by the licensee to the same tenant.
